What does a Life Group look like? Life Groups at Ascension are about relationships. God designed us to have deep, meaningful relationships with each other. We go deeper into our life with God when we connect with each other and share our hopes, dreams, worries, and excitements with other people there to support and pray for us. Life Groups at Ascension are a place to develop close personal bonds with one another and with Jesus Christ through: Studying God’s Word Prayer Building Relationships with each other Serving in Mission together. Common Questions About Life Groups
Who leads Ascension’s Life Groups? Life Group Leaders are members of Ascension (who don’t have to be Bible experts) who serve as hosts for a group of people. Our Leaders receive initial training preparing them to lead Life Groups confidently and effectively. And the curriculum that we provide guides the study.
Life Groups at Ascension welcomes you to get into the holiday spirit with a Seasonal Movie Bible study Dec. 15 following the 9:30 service.
