 Weekend worship services are every weekend at 6:00 PM Saturday

and 9:00 and 10:30 Sunday unless otherwise noted.

 Sept 27, First Communion Sunday

Oct 24/55, Reformation Weekend, wear red to worship

Oct 31/Nov 1, All Saints’ Weekend as we remember those who have gone before us

Nov 28/29, First Weekend of Advent (the journey to Christmas begins… prepare your hearts by worshipping every weekend of Advent)

 

Dec 24, CHRISTMAS EVE services at 3:00, 5:00, 7:00, 9:00, and 11:00 PM

Dec 25, CHRISTMAS MORNING service at 9:30 AM

Jan 2/3, pick up chalk after worship to mark your doors for Epiphany

Feb 10, Ash Wednesday, services at 8:45 AM and 7:00 PM (soup supper at 6:00 PM)

Feb 17-Mar 17, Soup Suppers @ 6:00 PM,

followed by Holden Evening Prayer & Fireside Storytime for Kids @ 7:00 PM

 

Feb 13/14, First weekend of Lent

Mar 6/7, Lutheran Schools Weekend

Mar 21, Palm Sunday followed by petting zoo (with a donkey) and tomato sale

Mar 25, Maundy Thursday services at 8:45 AM and 7:00 PM

Mar 26, Good Friday services at 11:15 AM and 7:00 PM

Mar 27, Easter Vigil, 6:00 PM

Mar 28, EASTER SUNDAY! Sunrise service at 7:00 AM under the oak tree; 9:00 and 11:00 AM services in the sanctuary; butterfly release at 10:30 AM on the playground; breakfast cooked by youth all morning in the gym

 

May 16, PENTECOST SUNDAY (one worship service for the whole weekend at 10:00 AM followed by the Pentecost International Fair)

Sept 12/13, God’s Word, God’s Hands Weekend - packing personal care kits after worship for Lutheran World Relief

Sept 13, 4:00-5:30 PM, Confirmation Orientation for 6th-8th graders

Sept 20, a new year of Sunday school kicks off at both the 9:00 and 10:30 worship services

Sept 25, 6:30 PM, Full Moon Hike to the cross at California Lutheran University

Oct 4, 5:00 PM, Blessing of the Animals (back parking lot)

Oct 10, 4:00 PM, Fair Trade Wine Tasting Event (contact Carol at )

Oct 17, 4:00-6:00 PM, Family Fall Fun… do fun fall activities as a family, like baking pies and decorating pumpkins, with the life of faith interwoven and special “Team Family” bags given out with tools to live your faith at home

 

Dec 6, 5:00-7:00 PM, Hanging of the Greens, dinner & festivities followed by a special service of song & scripture in the sanctuary
